Process and Procedures Stucounts On-Boarding Steps
Here is a step-by-step guide on how students can sign up for Stucounts membership
- 01Registered Phone Number
Stucounts requires users to have a registered Zambian mobile phone number. This is likely for verification and communication purposes.
- 02 Set profile and Login
Users are required to download the Stucounts platform and go through a simple process to set up their profile. This includes providing necessary information and creating a login.
- 03 Uni Email Verification & Payment
Students must access their email accounts and confirm their email address before they can log in. Once successfully logged in, you will find payment-related information that requires your attention, after which your subscription request will be sent to the Admin.
- 04 Uni Docs Approval
Students need to submit relevant official university attendance support documents for approval. This may include academic records or proof of enrollment
- 05Legal Docs Approval
Users must provide documents to verify their age and nationality. This is to ensure compliance with legal requirements and regulations.
- 06 Scan Admin Approval
After students have completed all necessary tasks, the administration will proceed to review and approve your account, granting you access to view your student card upon logging in to the mobile and web applications.
- 07 Scan QR code & Start
Once the previous steps are completed and approved, users can scan a QR code to access the Stucounts platform and begin utilizing its features and benefits. The platform ensures safe and secure online operations for users.
Membership Plan
Vendors will be classified into different categories being, Basic, Gold or Premium dependent on the nature of the services/goods provided. However, for the first quarter members will have access to all vendors.

Our main objective is to create a seamless interaction between Students and vendors through our digital platform, giving the former access to invaluable deals and discounts and the latter a world of new clients, a head start at building brand loyalty in tomorrow’s working class and business leader. In pursuit of this goal, we are cognizant of other variables that can add value to our clients, hence the following are also part of our offering.
Growth & Development
We have partnered with various providers to provide free access to courses that are key to success in today’s world but may not necessarily be part of academic program courses undertaken. These include courses in Digital Skills and Financial Literacy
Mental Health
The need to pay close attention to the mental well being of our young adults has become exceedingly clear in today’s world. Stucounts aims to connect our student members to professional and experienced mental health specialists at minimal to no cost. The aim is to meet our membership at their point of need, ensuring help is available when needed and not a second later. We are intentional about using our various platforms to communicate self-affirmative messaging that promotes mental well-being.
Sports and Entertainment
Stucounts aims to promote the physical wellbeing of our members through the holding of sports festivals. These will also be a great platform for our vendors and students to interact. As the saying goes “no work and no play…”, we therefore are alive to the fact that we need to provide entertainment opportunities to our members that suited and tailored to them. These will take various forms.
